Curriculum Trainer & Classroom Coach Experience

Mignon served as a contracted Curriculum Trainer & Classroom Coach for TeachTown, providing professional development and implementation coaching for administrators, special education leaders, classroom teachers, and paraprofessionals.

In this role, she facilitated 1–3 hour training sessions for educational agencies across multiple states and supported educators with curriculum implementation, instructional planning, classroom application, and data-informed decision-making.

Second Step / Social-Emotional Learning Experience

Mignon was invited by Spartanburg School District Consortium leadership to co-facilitate a districtwide professional development session supporting implementation of the Second Step middle school social-emotional learning curriculum alongside the curriculum provider.

This experience reflects her ability to support peer-to-peer implementation, help educators identify barriers, and strengthen practical use of social-emotional learning resources in school settings.
